Major Genetic Syndromes 1

Added text 2 to state that the management of adenomas in the stomach is individualized based on the size of the adenoma and the degree of dysplasia.

Added text 3 to state that isolated and multiple hyperplastic polyps are common in the general population and do not suggest an underlying genetic disorder.

Added text 4 to state that several studies show that the prevalence of colorectal adenocarcinoma in patients with formally defined criteria for hyperplastic polyposis syndrome (HPPS) is 50% or more (cited Leggett et al., Place et al., Hyman et al., and Koide et al. as references 306, 308, 309, and 310, respectively).
