Evidence of Benefit
Added text about the Swedish Malmo Preventive Medicine cardiovascular risk study, which specifically tested whether total PSA velocity improves the accuracy of total PSA level to predict long-term risk of prostate cancer (cited Ulmert et al. as reference 60).
Added text to state that tPSAv did not aid long-term prediction of cancer in early middle-aged men.
