Added text 2 about a randomized trial that assigned low-risk patients to receive all-trans-retinoic acid and daunorubicin as induction therapy, followed by daunorubicin consolidation and ATRA plus mercaptopurine plus methtrexate as maintenance therapy (cited Adès et al. as reference 36 and level of evidence 3iiiA).
