Added text 2 about an International Multicenter Selective Lymphadenectomy Trial that studied patients with intermediate-thickness primary melanomas and the use of sentinel-node biopsy or nodal observation (cited Morton et al. as reference 10 and level of evidence 1iiB). The impact of lymphadenectomy in patients with microscopic lymph node involvement was not observed.
